1. You gotta have Thai fonts installed on your system, of course. If you don't have ones, I have them here for you to download. Just unzip it into your fonts
folder of your Windows system.
2. For Netscape users, set your preference to change font setting in the encoding
'User Defined' to be any Thai fonts as you like. For example, Variable Width
Font=AngsanaUPC size 16 and Fixed Width Font=Fixed DB Thai Text New size 14, and
this setting has been proved to be working. Don't forget to use 'User Defined'
encoding everytime you browse Thai websites.
3. If you are using MS Internet Explorer 3.0 English version, and insist that you
use the 3.0 version for any reasons, please upgrade to the Thai version (of IE
3.0). This should support Thai script more correctly.
4. For MS Internet Explorer 4.0 users, they also have Thai version for you. But
you have to do some fine tuning. Set fonts for Thai encoding to be AngsanaUPC (or
any other font face as you like) for proportional font, and MS Sans Serif for fixed
font. Please use Thai encoding everytime you visit Thai websites as well.
Wish you have happy times using Thai in this cyberspace. You can ask any questions
to [email protected], I am pleased to help you.
